This is the first Internet fundraiser of its kind in the region, and is part of Phase Two, to Rebuild Samoa.

Proceeds from the I Love the Islands concerts in New Zealand have been presented at the final concert in Samoa. Samoa welcomed its own when they came to perform for love and friendship during the tsunami relief concert. The Gymnasium 1 at Tuana’imato was a place of fun and laughter on Friday night. Hosts Epati Tamati and actor Teuila Blakely, originally from Malie, made the night even more fun. “It’s an inspirational night Samoa,” were the words from Ms Blakely.
The following pieces by local artists are currently for sale at Bellamys Gallery at Macandrew Bay on the Otago Peninsula.
All proceeds from the sale of these pieces will be donated to the Red Cross Tsunami Relief appeal.
If you wish to view and purchase the artwork, the gallery is open Wednesday to Sunday, 12 – 5pm.
